BATAM, INDONESIA: OUTFIT 3

The days in Batam, were to disconnect & relax, and it wasn’t difficult at all to do it at the resort we were in, Turi Beach. People were wonderful with us, with that friendly and smiling personality that characterizes the people of Indonesia, I’m really taking with me more than one friend from there :)You just could feel an absolute peace that was only interrupted by the sound of the birds and the waves of the sea (ok, I might look a bit melancholic, but it’s the truth! ) and, although during the meals we saw enough people, the rest of the day it seemed that we had booked the entire resort for us! Really a place to go 🙂

De verdad, los días en Batam, fueron para desconectar totalmente, y es que era difícil no hacerlo en el resort en el que estábamos, Turi Beach. La gente fue maravillosa con nosotras, con ese carácter amigable y sonriente que caracteriza a la gente de Indonesia, más de un amigo me llevo de allí :).Se respiraba una paz absoluta que solo interrumpían los pajaritos y las olas del mar (se que estoy melancólica, pero es que…¡es verdad!) y aunque a las horas de las comidas veíamos a bastante gente, ¡el resto el día parecía que habíamos cogido el resort entero para nosotras!, ¡una maravilla vamos!

A look in soft colors it’s always a good idea, and, even if I usually wear black, I love the combination of baby pink & blue!

I did rescue once again my pink shoes that I bought on my trip to Thailand, & so this vintage bag, you can’t imagine how old it is… Even more than I am…! Haha

Un look en colores pastel es siempre un acierto, y, aunque yo suelo tirar más al negro, ¡la combinación del rosita y el azul clarito me encanta!

Volví a rescatar mis zapatitos rosa que compre en mi viaje a Tailandia, y esta bandolera rosa, que si os digo los años que tiene jamás me creeríais, dejémoslo en que tiene más que yo, que no son pocos jaja.

MBFWM FALL-WINTER 15-16: OUTFIT 3

To attend to the third day of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid, I chose a risky look, as they rated it on the website of Elle magazine, but I am the one who thinks «no pain, no gain» :). I wanted to twist the mix of my culotte pants and my heels, adding a casual t-shirt with message («Pizza cant make me cry») and a beanie that breaks with all expectations. What do you think about the outfit? Do you think that was too risky? I do love it!, but, of course, I want to know your opinion! ^_^This time, I need to mention something of all the shows I attended: Moises Nieto and his fur skirts made me fell in love. Leandro Cano left me speechless with its autumnal print invading garments, shoes and bags. I was wondering what will bring us David Delfín this time, he transformed the catwalk into a sinister and gloomy place while he presented his last collection in a stunning way. I couldn’t resist to love Juana Martín and her stylish, sexy and comfy collection and Juan Vidal won the applause of everyone with his pink clothing, the transparencies and the feminity that followed the entire collection.

And although I was so damn tired after the intensive Fashion Week that Eli, Fany and I had the previous day, and that we had hardly slept a couple of hours, I enjoy it a lot!! So thanks again!

El domingo, para acudir a la tercera jornada de Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid, elegí un look «arriesgado», como lo calificaron en la web de la revista Elle, pero efectivamente, yo soy de las que creen que el que no arriesga no gana :). A los pantalones culotte y mis botines Mustang de tacón les quise dar una vuelta de 180º añadiéndole una camiseta casual con mensaje («Pizza can’t make me cry») y un beanie que rompieran con lo esperado. ¿Qué os parece a vosotros? ¿Creéis que fue demasiado arriesgado? ¡A mi me encanta!, pero quiero saber vuestra opinión ^_^Esta vez, no puedo no destacar algo de todos los desfiles a los que asistí: Moises Nieto y sus faldas de pelo me enamoraron. Leandro Cano me dejo boquiabierta con su estampado otoñal que invadía prendas, zapatos y bolsos (salto a la pasarela de la MBFWM fuera del Ego, por la puerta grande, BRAVO). Por otra parte estaba expectante por saber qué se sacaría David Delfín de la manga, esta vez la sala se transformó en un lugar siniestro y tétrico mientras presentaba su última colección de la triología «el paso del luto al alivio», cuanto menos intrigante. La colección de Juana Martín estilosa, sexy y cómoda no me pudo gustar más y Juan Vidal se mereció el aplauso de todos los presentes con sus prendas en color rosa empolvados, las transparencias y la fiminidad que desprendía toda la colección.

Y aunque estaba cansadísima del intensivo de Fashion Week del día anterior que habíamos tenido Eli, Fany y yo y que habíamos dormido apenas un par de horas, ¡aguanté como una campeona! jaja, como se nota cuando algo te gusta…

For the second day of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week of Madrid, I chose a masculine look, tomboy style. To give a feminine touch, I wore a black lace bra underneath, that you could barely see. Do you like this style?Once again I want to thank the people from Ifema, the designers and the friends who trusted in me and offered me the chance to attend to lots of shows, you can’t imagine how happy make me feel to enjoy those days with my family and friends…

This day I could attend to: Duyos, Roberto Verino, Andrés Sardá, Hannibal Laguna, and The 2nd Skin Co. I would like to highlight especially the last one, once again they left me speechless with the femininity, the mix of textures and prints that characterizes the brand, my warmest congratulations.

I also loved Andrés Sardá parade, due to its originality. On his «tic tac» show, he reflected on the catwalk the 24hours of the day of a woman; From the moment she comes out of the shower, till she works in the office, enjoys with her children or feels sexy on the bed. In addition, during the catwalk they had the presence of children, dogs, baby strollers, umbrellas… plenty of details that made the show so special.

Para el segundo día de la Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid, elegí un look masculino, estilo tomboy. Para darle un toque femenino deje que se viera sutilmente un sujetador negro de encaje. ¿Vosotras os habéis animado con este estilo?Una vez más quiero agradecer a la gente de Ifema, los diseñadores y los amigos que confiaron en mi y me ofrecieron la oportunidad de ver un montón de desfiles, no sabéis la ilusión que me hace y lo mucho que lo disfruté compartiéndolo con Eli, Fany y un montón de amigos…

Este día pude asistir a los desfiles de: Duyos, Roberto Verino, Andrés Sardá, Hannibal Laguna, y The 2nd Skin Co. Quiero destacar especialmente el de este último, ya tuve la oportunidad de verles en la pasada edición del MFSHOW, y una vez más me dejaron boquiabierta. Se estrenaron en la MBFWM con la feminidad, la mezcla de texturas y de estampados que les caracteriza, mi más sincera enhorabuena.

También me encantó el desfile de Andrés Sardá, por su originalidad y por la historia que había detrás. Reflejó en la pasarela las 24horas del día de una mujer actual; desde que sale de la ducha, trabaja en la oficina, disfruta con sus hijos o se siente sexy en la cama. Además en su pasarela no faltó la presencia de niños, perros, carritos de bebé, paraguas…un sin fin de detalles que hicieron tan especial el desfile.

To attend the first day of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week of Madrid to see the show of Desigual, I chose once again a casual and comfy look.As you can see, I couldn’t resist to wear my new sneakers, similar to the Nike Roshe style. My sister has been looking for them all over the world (literally) for months, and now that she bought them, they have them back also in Madrid… such a pity!! By the way, they have them also in white… <3

Regarding to the show of Desigual, once again, it was crazy…! They opened and closed the runway with the model Chantelle Winnie, (the first model with vitiligo, I’m such a huge fan of her) with colors, patterns, textures and the good mood that characterize the brand. To conclude the show, the models ended up dancing the Shake It Off of Taylor Swift leaving us all speechless. A must in their collection? The XXL poncho with ethnic print, madness…! 😉

Para acudir el primer día de la Mercedes Benz Fashion Week de Madrid a ver el desfile de desigual, elegí de nuevo un look desenfadado y cómodo, al igual que en la edición de septiembre.Como veis no pude aguantar ni un solo día para estrenar mis nuevas zapatillas, estilo las Nike Roshe. He tenido a mi hermana buscándolas por todo el mundo, (literalmente) durante meses, y ahora que las encuentra resulta que las traen a Madrid de nuevo… ¡qué rabia! además, ¡sorpresa! las tienen también en color blanco… <3

Respecto al desfile de Desigual, una vez más fue una auténtica pasada. Abrieron y cerraron la pasarela con la modelo Chantelle Winnie, (la primera modelo con vitíligo y de quien me considero fan absoluta) con los colores, estampados, texturas y el buen royo que caracterizan a la marca. Como remate final las modelos acabaron bailando el Shake It Off de Taylor Swift dejándonos a todos con la boca abierta. ¿Un must de su colección? El poncho XXL con estampado ethnico, ¡una locura…! 😉 Gracias Desigual por hacer nos ver que #lavidaeschula .
