KOH PHI PHI OUTFIT 4

As I told you in the last post, finally I decided to go scuba diving, the truth is that at the beginning I wasn’t even nervous, although I had dreamed with this experience a lot! but in the open sea…I would be lying if I tell you that when i was under 10 meters I did´t get panic and I took off my regulator, which makes you breath (very smart haha, I know, but you think that because you’re not in panic without being able to breath haha)You can’t imagine how frustrating is to not breathe, I wouldn´t be here if Dylan, my monitor, although I almost killed him, didn´t helped me and keep me calmed to go down again and enjoy it so much, haha. After this, the only bad point is not having any pictures underwater to show you. To see those colorful corals, giant turtles of thousand schools of fishes is priceless, but at least is the best excuse to go scuba diving again!! If you pass by Koh Phi Phi (yesssss of course, as it was something that is done every day) do not hesitate to go to Leisure Dive Center, they are stunning ;)About the outfit, I wore it to go to have dinner. Since I bought this bustier from Brandy & Melville I was dying to wear it, combined with high-waisted denim shorts to cover my belly haha, flip-flops to go comfortable, and as I told you those days, to go almost everywhere you had to do it through the beach… and again another invention of belt, this time the handle of the cover of my camera.

Como os contaba en el último post, al final me decidí a hacer submarinismo, la verdad al principio no estaba ni nerviosa, ¡con la de veces que había soñado con esta experiencia! Pero claro en mar abierto la cosa cambia jajaja y os mentiría si os oculto que estando bajo 10 metros no me entró el pánico y me quité el regulador, por donde respiras, (muy lisssta yo eh, pero claro eso lo pensáis porque no estáis atacados sin poder respirar jaja) no sabéis que angustioso es no tener aire y no estaría aquí si no fuera por mi monitor y salvador, Dylan, jaja que aunque por poco le mato, me saco rápidamente a la superficie y consiguió que me calmara para poder bajar de nuevo y disfrutar como dios manda. Después de esto solo puedo decir que mi única pena es no tener ninguna foto que enseñaos bajo el agua, ver tortugas gigantes, corales de mil colores o bancos enormes de peces no tiene precio, pero bueno… ¡me sirve de excusa para volver a hacer submarinismo!! Si os pasáis por Koh Phi Phi ( me quedo tan pancha eh como si fuera algo que hacer cada día) no dudéis en pasar por Leisure Dive Center son unos cracks ;)Respecto al look que os enseño lo utilicé para ir a cenar, desde que compre este bustier de Brandy & Melville moría de ganas de estrenarlo y con el calor que hace allí me pareció el momento perfecto, combinado con shorts de talle alto que tapen mi tripita jiji chanclas para ir cómoda, como ya os dije a casi todos sitios se va a través de la playa.. y de nuevo otro invento de cinturón, esta vez el asa de la funda de mi cámara.

KOH PHI PHI OUTFIT 3

As I was telling you in the previous post <<…Dylan, a Canadian-blond guy, was trying to sell me a scuba diving activity…>> I still had the whole day to think about it… Early in the morning we meet in «port» our local captain, who will bring us to a tour through the islands & beaches of the area with his longboat. The first stop was Monkey Beach, (where the only monkey that we saw was the one on poster which you will see below), but the views and to have the whole beach for us was more tha enough. Among some wave, we got to Maya Beach, ohhh my lovely Maya Beach, is on the uninhabited island Phi Phi Leh, where Leonardo DiCaprio filmed the movie call The Beach… most of the pictures you will see are from there, breathtaking views, crystal clear water, white sand, but too much people, thats the only thing that I can say, the tourism breaks the peace and charm… We made the turn toward the Resort stopping at some deserted coves. I will let the images speak for themselves :)Ahhh while we arrived to our beach I pass by the Leisure Dive Center to tell Dylan that finally I was gonna scuba diving the following day, he was happy, of course he didn’t know what was gonna happen haha… TO BE CONTINUED…

Since it couldn´t have turned out any other way, my beloved shorts from Tally Weijl came with me, and of course a hair band also, those who know me well know that I always bring one to the beach 😀

Como os contaba en el anterior post <<…Dylan, un rubio canadiense, me intentaba vender una actividad de submarinismo…>> Todavía tenía un día entero para pensármelo… Pronto por la mañana nos encontramos en el «puerto» con nuestro capitán local, que con su longboat nos llevaría a hacer un recorrido por las playas/islas de a zona. La primera parada fue Monkey Beach, (donde el único mono que vimos era el del cartel que veréis abajo), pero las vistas y tener una playa absolutamente para nosotras lo compensaron. Entre alguna que otra ola, llegamos empapadas a Maya Beach, aii mi querida Maya Beach, está en la isla deshabitada Phi Phi Leh, donde se grabó la pelicula La Playa…la mayoría de las fotos que veréis son de allí, vistas impresionantes, agua cristalina, arena blanca, pero ahí si hay gente, eso es lo malo, que el turismo rompe con la paz y el encanto… La vuelta hacia el Resort la hicimos parando en pequeñas calas desiertas. En fin para que escribir cuando las imágenes hablan por si solas :)Ahhh nada más volver a nuestra playa me pase por el Leisure Dive Center para decirle a Dylan que finalmente siii me atrevía a hacer submarinismo, el se alegró, claro no sabía lo que les venía encima jaja… TO BE CONTINUED….

Como no no podía ser de otra forma, mis queridos shorts de Tally Weijl me acompañaron y una cinta en la cabeza, los que me conocéis sabéis que en la playa nunca me falta una 😀

Where did I let you on my last post? Ohh yess, <<While drinking a tangerine juice the lovely people from the resort gave us the key to our bungalow…>>, if we already thought this couldn´t be more amazing, we discovered a few swings and hammocks tied to the trees, tables for honeymooners in first (and only) line of beach, all along the resort´s beach, the complete pack of the authentic paradise atmosphere…You soon get used to this peace, to walk barefoot everywhere (in fact, to arrive almost everywhere you have to go through the beach).After several attempts, we managed to negotiate with a local guy who had a long boat to do a tour trough the wonderful beaches/islands of the area during the following day, while negotiating, Dylan, a Canadian-blond guy, was trying to sell me a scuba diving activity… did he reach it?… TO BE CONTINUED…

Regarding to he look, the landscape was screaming & shouting me to wear my new Floral crown from Frida, well actually it was me who was that screaming & shouting, but it´s just too lovely.

¿Dónde me había quedado en mi último post? Ahh sii, <<…tomando un zumo de mandarina nos dieron la llave de nuestro pequeño bungalow…>>, si ya pensábamos que no podíamos alucinar más con el paisaje, descubrimos unos columpios y hamacas atadas a los árboles, mesas para recién casados en primera (y única) linea de playa, que recorrían toda la playa de nuestro ressort, el pack completo del autentico ambiente paradisiaco vamos…Pronto te acostumbras a la paz que se respira, a andar descalza por todas partes (de hecho casi a cualquier sitio se va a través de la playa) .Después de varios intentos, conseguimos negociar con un local que tenía un long boat para que nos hiciera un recorrido por las maravillosas playas/islas de la zona al día siguiente, okey long boat conseguido, mientras tanto, Dylan, un rubio canadiense, me intentaba vender una actividad de submarinismo… ¿lo consiguió?… TO BE CONTINUED ….

Respecto al look, el paisaje lo pedía a gritos, «¡¡estrena tu nueva corona de flores!!» bueno en realidad era yo misma la que me lo gritaba, (es lo que tiene cuando en uno de los pop ups de Maquis & Co la tienda Frida te tienta con coronas tan bonitas como esta en medio de diciembre, que estás deseando estrenarla jeje)

KOH PHI PHI OUTFIT 1

This was my first and wonderful contact with Phi Phi islands. To get there from Bangkok we had to catch a plane to Phuket and from there one of the only two daily ferries that go to Phi Phi, this give you a clue of what you will find… 😀 We were looking for peace, peace and more peace, so we decided to stay in the North of the island, wich is away from the hotels, the people and the bars&discos… when we arrived at the port, we had a kind of tractor-trailer waiting for us to bring us to the resort, we went trough the beach a wonderful beach of white sand & crystal water, where you could only, and I repeat, only heard the sound of the sea and the birds singing (you can see I´m not lying, in Instagram (@wearwild) where you can find a video that I post). Drinking a tangerine juice (oh God how much I miss those juices) the lovely people from the resort gave us the key to our bungalow… TO BE CONTINUED…

The look that I wore was strategically prepared for the trip: a short jumpsuite in case it was too hot while arriving, a t-shirt on top of it because inside the plane it´s always cold, a turban not to worry about my fringe, lipstick to give a touch of color, the new glasses that my lovely sister gave me for Christmas, and a»belt» (slowly yes, but I’m learning to take advantage of what I put in my suitcases while traveling and let the imagination do the rest, this time I wore the straps of one of my bags as a belt ^_^

Este fue mi primer y maravilloso contacto con las Islas Phi Phi. Para llegar hasta allí desde Bangkok tuvimos que coger un avión hasta Phuket y desde ahí uno de los dos únicos Ferrys que van a Phi Phi diariamente, esto ya empieza a darte una pista de lo que te espera… Nosotras, buscábamos paz, paz y más paz así que decidimos ir al norte de la isla, que esta apartada del cogollo de gente, hoteles, discotecas… cuando llegamos al «puerto» (donde unas tablas de madera hacían de pasarela hasta tierra firme jaja) nos estaba esperando una especie de tractor con remolque que te llevaba hasta el resort a través de la playa, de una maravillosa playa de arena blanca, agua cristalina, donde solo e insisto SOLO se escuchaba el ruido del mar y el canto de los pajaritos (a las pruebas me remito, en Instagram (@wearwild) podéis ver un video que colgué, luego me decís si tengo o no razón jeje). Tomando un zumo de mandarina (dios como echo de menos esos zumos) nos dieron la llave de nuestro pequeño bungalow… TO BE CONTINUED…El look que llevé estaba estratégicamente pensado para el viaje, un peto de tirantes por si tenía mucho calor al llegar, una camiseta de manga corta sobrepuesta para el avión que siempre hace frío, turbante en la cabeza para no tener que preocuparme del flequillo, pintalabios intenso para darle un toque de color, gafas nuevas que me regaló mi hermanita querida por reyes y «cinturón», poco a poco y lentamente pero voy aprendiendo a aprovechar lo que llevó en la maleta y dejar que la imaginación haga el resto, esta vez me puse como cinturón las asas del único bolso que llevé ^_^

The third day in Bangkok we decided to get lost through areas that we hadn´t visited yet. Here I leave you some photos of the common environment that you can find at any part of the city: street food stalls, tuc-tucs, exotic dishes such as Scorpions, temples, the wonderful hairstyles of schoolgirls that I told you about in this post (such a pity to don´t have a better picture…)I already show you the outfit on Instagram (@wearwild) during my trip, I bought these shorts with nautical details in one of the many street-markets that you can find on the streets of Bangkok, I decided to combine it with this crop top from Brandy Melville, mixing two prints, (this time both very discreet), as final touch I wore a denim shirt around my waist, it isn´t any secret that I am a total and unconditional fan of this trend, you have already seen me wearing it in posts such as this one, this one or this one. What do you think about this trend?

El tercer día en Bangkok decidimos perdernos un poco por zonas que no habíamos visitado aún, os dejo algunas fotos del ambiente que podéis encontrar un día normal en cualquier parte de la ciudad, puestos de comida callejeros, tuc tucs, cómidas «exóticas» como escorpiones, templos, los peinados maravillosos de las colegialas de los que os hablaba en este post (una pena no tener una foto mejor…)

El outfit ya os lo adelanté en instagram (@wearwild), estos shorts con detalles náuticos me los compré en uno de los muchos puestos callejeros que puedes encontrar por las calles de Bangkok y decidí combinarlo con este crop top de Brandy & Melville, mezclando dos estampados, esta vez muy discreto ambos, como toque final me até una camisa vaquera a la cintura, no es ningún secreto que soy fan total e incondicional de esta tendencia, ya me lo habéis visto en posts como este, este o este. ¿Os habéis animado ya con esta tendencia?
