BATAM, INDONESIA: OUTFIT 1

We took these photos when we reached Batam, one of the thousands islands of Indonesia, which it’s just half an hour by ferry from Singapore. I’m gonna publish many posts from the days we spent there (swimsuit, bikini, more casual and more dressy, outfits) 🙂 so, I dodn’t want to be so cruel in this first post by publishing photos of the paradise in which we were, haha so I’ll show you the landscape gradually :D.The look that I chose was absolutely based on my new black cap militar/police style (ok, I din’t want to do my hair as well, haha). I have been looking for a cap like this for months, and when I had already decided to not buy anything else in Singapore (well, actually it was a decision made between my mother and my suitcase…) I found it… so I had to buy it!haha <3 At the end of the post you will find a direct link to a similar one that I found at asos 😉

XOXOl, enjoy your weekend!!

SINGAPORE DAY 2

During our second day in Singapore we started visiting Little India, with their smell of million spices and the colors and textures of their wonderful clothing… Walking through the streets, we arrived at the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, highly recommended. I’m looking forward to travel to India, and know their culture; so I enjoyed a lot to see the Hindus making their offerings, praying to their thousands Gods and to enjoy one of their ceremonies, was just incredible. From there, (finally hehe), we went to Orchard Road, a huge Avenue full of shopping malls. Although, where I did most of my shopping, was at Bugis Centre (where the destiny helped me, and we were kidnap by the rain for a couple of hours haha), Richie thanks for the recommendation!

What you can’t miss if you travel to Singapore are the Supertree Grove area, in Gardens by the Bay, it’s not so known on the turist guides, and it’s absolutely incredible and essential to view during the day and the night. The lighting show it’s so worth it, (not as Marina Bay Sands Hotel from the Merlion Park).

Regarding to the outfit of this day, once more, I choose a comfortable and fresh look. Have you seen my new tropical print shoes? I love them! They are from Primark…guess the price…! almost like a coke…! <3

I send you a huge kiss! & hope you enjoy the photos, the next few posts are from Indonesia, stay tuned!^_^

¡me tienen enamorada! Son de Primark… ¿adivináis el precio? ¡casi casi como el de un refresco…! <3

SINGAPORE DAY 1

Finally I show you the pictures of my trip to Singapore, (of course not all of them, otherwise we will stay here forever haha :)) so… let’s get started with my diary! If something characterize Singapore, is the cultural mix that they have. In a moment you are in one of the most modern areas of the world, with endless skyscrapers, infinity pools in attics of the buildings and, an suddenly you are in an Arab mosque and a hindu Temple in the heart of Chinatown… this mix is exactly what made me fall in love with Singapore…

The first day was very intense, we waledk all the way. We beain with the famous district of China Town, with its thousands shops, temples and people.  I recommend you that, apart from visiting the typical temples (Sri Mariamman Temple, Temple Buddha Tooth…), to visit a more quite area,  far from the turist and the chaos, the Thian Hock Keng Temple, although it is not as nice as the others, the peace and all the vegetation that surrounds it, made me enjoyed it much more.

From there we went to the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, where, of course, we took millions photos and enjoy the wonderful views from the observation deck and, without a doubt, the best pool in the world that makes you feel that you are having a bath of skyscrapers haha. It’s really worth going there and see the building from all points of the city and the entire city from all points of the building… 😉

From here we continue along all the Merlion Park, as the Chinese year had just begun, it was plenty of street food markets, attractions, and people, many many people… When we realized it was about to get dark and we had forgotten even to eat!! omg…So we sat on the terrace of the Starbucks (without doubt the best point of all the ride) and from there we saw the spectacle of lights of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, the truth is, that was the only thing I was disappointed of the trip, they could do it much more nice with the resources that have, but, to enjoy all the buildings illuminated at night from that point was amazing…

To finish the day, (and almost dragging) we arrived to the area of Clarke Quay, just amazing! , I wish we had an area like this in Madrid hehe, million restaurants with live music, bars & shops all along the bay. ESSENTIAL to end the day in that area, to have dinner or a drink, we forgot quickly how tired we were… Traveling to Singapore? Don’t miss the 100 best things to do in Singapore!

About the look, I choose a comfortable and fresh outfit to hold humidity and the heat of Singapore. Of course, with my indispensable complement for traveling: a backpack and sunglasses, in this case from Freyrs, which give a cool touch to the look.

I hope you enjoy the pictures! XOXO

WILD GUEST: SEBAS OZ

You already know that occasionally I like to make posts with people that I admire for his work, so I introduce you today as my Wild Guest, to Sebas Oz. He is not a traditional photographer, he calls his work creative photography, although I would rather call it magic! haha, really, he is able to capture million feelings in an image, tell stories that words could not be explained. To prove that I’m not exaggerating, I invite you to see the work of Sebas on Flickr, I’m sure you will love it :).This day, as the says, we had a walk, and we took somequick photos during the sunset, I hope you like them!. The truth is that I love the professional way in which he works, he was so immersed by sending me here, there, to look one way or another…hahaha. Thanks Sebas, it made me so happy that you wanted to take photos of me, I’m looking forward for the next session! 🙂

About the look, you already know how much I like to wear black, so, once again I wore a total black look, but this time, to give a touch of color I add my beloved faux fur blue coat and a snake printed clutch in shades of blue and red, to finish? My cat eye sunnies from Freyrs 🙂

xoxo from Indonesia!! <3
