How many times a day do you tell your partner that you love him?, I’m sure that more than once… but how many times, in your entire life, have you told yourself that you love you?, Yes, is incredible the fact that you haven’t even thought about it… Today we will do therapy haha 😀 , repeat with me: «I LOVE ME», scream out loud: «I-LO-VE MEE!!».

Sometimes, we focus that much on looking for someone valuable to love us, that we just forget to become someone valuable ourselves. I have reached the conclusion that, instead of looking for the «perfect» person, I want to become that «perfect» persone, perfect with my imperfections for others, but perfect for myself first. It is so sad, that something so obvious, as to love and respect yourself, has become something so difficult to do, I am the first one that I haven’t done it, and, oh my God… I regret it so much!. Now I have understood, that to prove yourself how valuable you are, is the hugest love you will ever receive, and only then, is when you will be absolutely ready to love others, and to make others love you; love you more, and love you well.

¿Cuantas veces al día le dices a tu pareja que la quieres?, estoy segura de que más de una… pero, ¿cuántas veces te lo has dicho a ti mismo a lo largo de tu vida?, si, es increíble que ni si quiera te lo hubieras planteado…Hoy vamos a hacer terapia jaja 😀 , repite conmigo: «ME QUIERO», repítelo y gritálo fuerte: «¡¡ME-QUI-E-ROO!!».

Hay veces, que nos centramos tanto en esperar que alguien valioso nos ame, que nos acabamos olvidando de convertirnos en alguien valioso nosotros mismos. Yo, he llegado a la conclusión que en vez de buscar a la persona «perfecta» para mi, quiero esforzarme en ser esa persona «perfecta», «perfecta» con mis imperfecciones para otros, pero perfecta antes para mi misma. Es vergonzoso, que algo tan obvio como quererse y respetarse a uno mismo, se haya convertido el algo tan difícil de conseguir, yo soy la primera que muchas veces no lo he hecho y Dios… ¡me arrepiento tanto…!. Ahora he comprendido, que demostrarte a ti mismo lo valioso que eres, es el mayor amor que jamás podrás recibir, y es solo entonces cuando estarás absolutamente preparado para amar a otros, y para que otros te amen, mucho y bien.
